The 72^nd Annual Membership Meeting will be held on Thursday November 5^th, 2026.

Location: Chuck Mathena Center – 2 Stafford Commons Princeton, WV 24740

Time: Doors will open at 5:15 pm, Meeting will begin at 5:45 pm, Business meeting will begin at 6:15 pm

(Three seats for the Board of Directors will be available.  If interested, please submit your Nomination Petition to the Nominating Committee.)

Payment is required at the time of RSVP at the Credit Union.

RSVP Deadline: October 23, 2026

Please Note: No refunds will be issued for cancellations. Non-Members will be put on a waiting list to allow members the opportunity to come due to limited seating.  

This is not a Christmas party.  It is the required Annual Business Meeting.
